the HORDERS // THE WAY TO LIGHT split cassettes are now in from DIESONG. released in a pro-dubbed cassette edition of 100. tapes come housed in black-over-metallic jcards plus black-on-black inserts. with art and layout by GIVE UP. clocking in at around 16 minutes per side, the four songs from HORDERS and two from TWTL work as a compliment to each artist's aural efforts. with respective takes on elements of drone, ambient noise, sampling, acoustic leanings, and atmosphere.

ILLUSTRATIONS 'IN VAIN' LP

BURN YOUR WORLD 'vicious intent' 7"

just received a physical copy of this BURN YOUR WORLD 7" that i recently did the art and layout for. canadian hardcore out now on ESCAPIST records. couldn't decided if i liked a positive or negative image version of the insert better so i sent them both. looks like they went positive. can't recall now if i sent them vinyl labels, but the ones they went with on the record itself look great and work with the rest of the layout. click images to enlarge. purchase/stream links now on the ESCAPIST SITE.

SOUTHSIDE 'MURALIST' DECK SERIES

originally started this deck series project with SOUTHSIDE five years ago or so. put together the art and cashed the check, but then they ran into some problems with the woodshop/distributor. the project got put on the back burner and had all but disappeared from my memory until they contacted me a few months ago saying they were finally moving forward with it. i pulled up the old originals and, seeing them with fresh eyes, begged them to let me re-work everything. the concept was there, but 5 years later the execution had missed the mark. really happy with the final product today and super stoked to see how everything came together in hand. only 40 full sets were produced, with i believe 10 additional decks of the middle 3 sizes. from left to right, 7.7", 8", 8.1", 8.25", 8.5". a little difficult to capture the detail of the complete series without posting a ton of photos, but click either photo to enlarge and hopefully get the idea. contact SOUTHSIDE via their site HERE for ordering info. a poster print was also produced to coincide with the deck release, seen HERE.

just finished a new tshirt design for perpetual favorites COLUMN OF HEAVEN. should be back from print in time for their upcoming tour, kicking off in buffalo, ny toward the end of the month. (rough paper draft also pictured).
